Before you choose

A few practical buying questions.

What counts as a cost connection?

Each cost-provider connection counts until it is removed or revoked. Multiple accounts of the same provider count separately: two Google Cloud billing accounts are two connections.

How do coding-tool connections count?

Developer Productivity connections are separately governed and do not use your cost-connection allowance. Its own quote, entitlement and source availability apply.

What happens at the Pro limit?

At the connection limit, existing data stays available and additional cost connections are prevented. Evaluate Enterprise if you need more than two connections or more than $100,000 in monthly managed spend. A plan change requires an explicit decision; it is not automatic.

Can we choose a longer subscription term?

Terms of 1, 12, 24 or 36 months may be offered only through a reviewed, approved quote. These are reviewed options; billing is not enabled in production. The quote fixes the amount, currency, start date, renewal mode and paid-through date. Plan, price and billing period require explicit confirmation; payment authorization alone does not activate paid access.

Does Enterprise enable scheduled reports?

Enterprise provides eligibility for Scheduled Saved View reports, with independent activation required. Delivery is not enabled today. Saving a view does not schedule a report, and a condition-triggered monitor alert is not recurring delivery.

How is the Developer Productivity add-on quoted?

Its own quote specifies eligibility for Pro, Enterprise or either plan. Pricing may be a fixed monthly amount, a fixed one-time amount or a bounded percentage, as agreed in that quote. It is billed separately from the base plan.

How do we confirm the sources we need?

Discuss your source and workspace scope during evaluation. The source catalog shows each reporting scope and setup status; inclusion in the catalog does not activate a connection or feature.
