Product / Saved Views

Return to the same cost question, not just the same URL.

Keep the definition of a useful analysis, so the next review starts with the same question. Saving the view and scheduling its delivery are separate decisions.

Save the scope, not a frozen conclusion.

A Saved View retains the source, full date definition, comparison, filters and panels that explain the question. It provides a repeatable starting point for the evidence available when the view is opened.

Make the review recognizable

Give the analysis a meaningful name and preserve its reporting definition. Keep changes in source availability or coverage visible rather than assuming yesterday’s definition guarantees today’s evidence.

Choose the right visibility

Keep a view private or share it within the workspace, subject to current access. Sharing an analysis does not grant someone new permission to its source data.

Treat delivery as a separate option

Scheduled Saved View reports have Enterprise-only eligibility and require independent activation. Delivery is not enabled today. Saving a view does not schedule a report, and monitor alerts are condition-triggered rather than recurring reports.
